      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 1-07 to adopt the Veolia Transportation Drug and Alcohol Policy as revised January 1, 2007.

   2. FY 2007-2008 Budget Issues. Review and discuss the major anticipated issues for FY 2008 in preparation for the March submittal of the preliminary draft budget. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

   3. Schedule for the Annual Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) Unmet Transit Needs Hearings. (Attachment)
