Public Hearings
- Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5311 (Rural) Capital Grant Application for FY 2007. Consider a proposed application for federal funding for one replacement demand response/rural route bus as part of a previously approved ten bus project. (Attachment)

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the federal Section 5311 funding application as proposed.

- Authorizing Resolution for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Grant Documents. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 2-07 authorizing the Transit Manager to execute all federal grant and contract documents under Sections 5307, 5310, 5311, 5316 and 5317.
- Annual Authorization for the Transit Manager to Certify as Counsel for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Grants. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 3-07 authorizing the Transit Manager to certify as counsel for FTA grants.
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for FY 2007-2008. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 4-07 establishing a DBE contracting goal of one percent for FY 2007-2008 and authorizing the publication of the goal for review and comment.
- Legal Services Agreement Rate Schedule Amendment. Consider a requested increase in the contracted quarterly retainer and excess hourly rate schedule for the firm of Rich, Fuidge, Morris & Lane, Inc. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the amended legal services agreement rate schedule as proposed effective July 1, 2007.

- Special Meeting Reminder. A special meeting has been set for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2007 in the Yuba County Government Center Conference Room #2 for a public hearing on the proposed Sacramento fare increase and to review the draft FY 2007-2008 Operating and Capital Budget.
