Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3, an opportunity for public testimony regarding each item listed on the agenda for this special meeting shall be provided prior to the taking of any action. NO OTHER BUSINESS SHALL BE TRANSACTED AT THIS SPECIAL MEETING.

  1. Call to Order and Roll Call

    Cleveland, Gill, Griego, Harris, Kitchen, Miller, Nicoletti (Chairman) and Whiteaker (Vice-Chairman)

  2. Public Hearings
    1. Proposed Fare Increase for Sacramento Commuter and Midday Express Services. Receive public comments and consider action on the proposed fare increase. (Attachment)
      1. Staff Presentation
      2. Open Public Hearing
      3. Close Public Hearing
      4. Board Discussion and Possible Action

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Sacramento Commuter and Midday Express fare increase as proposed effective July 1, 2007.

  3. Reports
    1. Draft Yuba-Sutter Transit Operating and Capital Budget for FY 2007-2008. Detailed review and discussion of the draft budget assumptions for specific staff direction regarding the development of the final draft budget. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

  4. Adjournment
