Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

- Draft Sacramento Service Plan. Review the draft plan to add two morning and two afternoon commuter schedules and make other related schedule and route changes as proposed. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Set a special night meeting and public hearing for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2007 to receive comments on the proposed service plan.
- Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) Program of Projects. Review and approval consideration of the proposed FY 2008 through FY 2012 program for inclusion in the regional Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Plan (MTIP). (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the FY 2008 - FY 2012 Program of Projects as proposed.
- Transportation Development Act (TDA) Claim for FY 2007-2008. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 7-07 authorizing the submittal of Yuba-Sutter Transit's FY 2008 TDA Claim as proposed or amended.
- Fixed Route Bus Purchase Order. Review and consideration of a staff recommendation for the purchase of twelve diesel powered low-floor fixed route buses. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a conditional purchase order for twelve diesel powered low-floor fixed route buses as proposed.
- Temporary Employee for the Regional Waste Management Authority (RWMA) Waste Tire Amnesty Program. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the hiring of a temporary employee as proposed.
- Administrative Staff Salary Schedule Adjustments for FY 2008. (Attachment)
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Yuba-Sutter Transit salary schedule adjustment as desired effective July 1, 2007.
