   All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion.    1. Fixed Route Bus Purchase Order. Review and consideration of a staff recommendation for the purchase of twelve diesel powered low-floor fixed route buses. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve a purchase order for twelve diesel powered low-floor fixed route buses as proposed.

   2. Minor Local Fixed Route Service Changes. Review and consideration of a draft service plan for minor changes to the local fixed route system effective October 15, 2007. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minor route, stop and schedule changes as proposed effective October 15, 2007.

   3. Diesel Particulate Filter Retrofit Plan. Review and consideration of a plan to retrofit six existing buses to comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) fleet emission reduction requirements. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

   4. Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) AB 2766 Grant Projects for FY 2007-2008. Board discussion and direction regarding priority projects for the preparation and submittal of grant applications. (Attachment)

   5. Yuba-Sutter Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP) Update Issues. Board discussion and direction regarding potential planning issues for inclusion in the upcoming 2008 SRTP update. (Attachment)

   6. Year-End System Performance Report for FY 2006-2007. (Attachment)

   7. Special Meeting Reminder. A special night meeting has been set for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2007 in the Yuba County Board of Supervisors Chambers for a public hearing on the draft Sacramento service plan.
