Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3, an opportunity for public testimony regarding each item listed on the agenda for this special meeting shall be provided prior to the taking of any action. NO OTHER BUSINESS SHALL BE TRANSACTED AT THIS SPECIAL MEETING.

  1. Call to Order and Roll Call

    Cleveland, Gill, Griego, Harris, Kitchen, Miller, Nicoletti (Chairman) and Whiteaker (Vice-Chairman)

  2. Public Hearings
    1. Draft Sacramento Service Plan. Receive public comments and consider action on a proposed plan to expand and modify the Sacramento Commuter and Midday Express services. (Attachment)
      1. Staff Presentation
      2. Open Public Hearing
      3. Close Public Hearing
      4. Board Discussion and Possible Action

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Sacramento Service Plan as proposed or amended effective September 4, 2007.

  3. Adjournment
