   1. Transportation Development Act (TDA) Triennial Performance Audit. Consultant presentation and Board discussion of the final audit report for the period ending June 30, 2006. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Information only.

   2. Staffing Report. Consultant presentation, Board discussion and direction regarding a supplemental report to the TDA performance audit. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Establish an ad hoc staffing committee for the purpose of developing specific recommendations for future Board consideration.

3. Public Business from the Floor

   Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

4. Consent Calendar

   All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.
