   1. Veolia Transportation Services, Inc. Contract Amendment #1. Review and consideration of an amendment to extend the existing operating and maintenance agreement through December 31, 2010. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amendment #1 to the Veolia Transportation Services, Inc. agreement as proposed.

   2. Authorizing Resolution for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Grant Documents. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 3-08 authorizing the Transit Manager to execute all federal grant and contract documents under Sections 5307, 5310, 5311, 5316 and 5317.

   3. Annual Authorization for the Transit Manager to Certify as Counsel for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Grants. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 4-08 authorizing the Transit Manager to certify as counsel for FTA grants.

   4. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for FY 2008-2009. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 5-08 establishing a DBE contracting goal of one percent for FY 2008-2009 and authorizing the publication of the goal for review and comment.

   5. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Job Access & Reverse Commute (JARC) Grant Application for FFY 2007 and FFY 2008. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the submittal of a Job Access & Reverse Commute grant application as proposed.

   6. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) New Freedom Program Grant Application for FFY 2007 and FFY 2008. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the submittal of a New Freedom Program grant application as proposed.

   7. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 Grant Application for FFY 2007 and FFY 2008. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the submittal of a Section 5310 grant application to replace the 1998 model Medi-Car van.

   8. Third Quarter Performance Report. (Attachment)
