Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3, an opportunity for public testimony regarding each item listed on the agenda for this special meeting shall be provided prior to the taking of any action. NO OTHER BUSINESS SHALL BE TRANSACTED AT THIS SPECIAL MEETING.

  1. Call to Order and Roll Call

    Cleveland, Gill, Griego, Harris, Kitchen, Miller, Nicoletti (Chairman) and Whiteaker (Vice-Chairman)

  2. Presentations
    1. Draft 2008 Yuba-Sutter Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP). Presentation and Board discussion of the draft update of the 2003 SRTP. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

  3. Reports
    1. Draft Yuba-Sutter Transit Operating and Capital Budget for FY 2008-2009. Detailed review and discussion of budget assumptions for specific staff direction regarding the development of the final draft budget. (Attachment)

    RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

  4. Adjournment
