      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 10-08 declaring buses identified as 2822, 2823, 2824, 2825 and 2826 to be surplus and authorize their disposal by the Transit Manager under the proposed terms and conditions.

   2. Special Service Rate Schedule. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Special Service Rate Schedule as proposed effective January 1, 2009.

   3. California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Resolution. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 11-08 to comply with IRS requirements regarding the payment of employee contributions.

   4. Sacramento Regional Transit District Notice to Renegotiate or Terminate the Current Transfer Agreement with Yuba-Sutter Transit. (Attachment)
