MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA

  2. Public Business from the Floor

    Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

  3. Consent Calendar

    All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

    1. FY 2009-2010 Budget Preview. Review and discussion of major budget issues in preparation for the March submittal of the preliminary draft budget for FY 2010. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

    2. Transit Project Nominations for Anticipated Federal Economic Stimulus Funds. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the list of project nominations as submitted.

    3. Special Service Policy. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Special Service Policy as recommended by the Ad Hoc Charter Service Committee.

    4. City of Marysville Request for Annual Street Repair Funding Allocations. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

    5. Project & Service Updates.
