   Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

   All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

   1. Dial-A-Ride Bus Purchase Award. Review and consideration of an award recommendation for the purchase of 10 replacement Dial-A-Ride buses with an option for up to 20 additional buses over the next three years. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Award the purchase of 10 paratransit/fixed route buses with an option for up to 20 additional buses over the next three years to the recommended firm.

   2. Preliminary Draft Yuba-Sutter Transit Operating and Capital Budget for FY 2009-2010. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

   3. Annual Budget Workshop.

      RECOMMENDATION: Set a special meeting for a budget workshop at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2009.
