    1. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Sections 5307, 5310, 5311, 5316, 5317; Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ); and, American Recovery and Reinvest Act (ARRA) Grant Applications for FY 2009-2010. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the federal funding applications as submitted.

  3. Public Business from the Floor

    Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

  4. Consent Calendar

    All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

    1. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) Program Grant Application. Review and consideration of a JARC grant application for FFY 2010. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 7-09 authorizing the submittal of an FFY 2010 Job Access and Reverse Commute grant application as proposed.

    2. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) New Freedom Program Grant Application. Review and consideration of a New Freedom grant application for FFY 2010. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 8-09 authorizing the submittal of a FFY 2010 FTA New Freedom grant application as proposed.

    3. Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) AB 2766 Grant Projects for FY 2009-2010. Board discussion and direction regarding priority projects for the preparation and submittal of grant applications. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

    4. Special Meeting Reminder. A special night meeting has been set for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2009 in the Yuba County Board of Supervisors Chambers for a public hearing on the draft Plumas Lake Park & Ride Service Plan.

      RECOMMENDATION: Information only.
