SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3, an opportunity for public testimony regarding each item listed on the agenda for this special meeting shall be provided prior to the taking of any action. NO OTHER BUSINESS SHALL BE TRANSACTED AT THIS SPECIAL MEETING.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call

2. Public Hearings
   1. Draft Plumas Lake Park & Ride Lot Service Plan. Receive public comments and consider action on proposed stop and schedule changes to integrate the new lot into the existing Sacramento services. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the service plan as proposed or amended effective October 1, 2009 or as soon as possible thereafter.

3. Reports
   1. Project Management Services for the Operations, Maintenance and Administration Facility Remodel and Expansion Project. Discussion and possible direction regarding the provision of project management services by the City of Yuba City. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

   2. Non-Emergency Senior Medical Transportation Program Mini-Van Transfer Agreement Amendment. Review and consideration of an amendment to extend the existing QuEST agreement through December 2009. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize execution of the amendment as proposed or amended.

   3. Commercial Property and Liability Insurance Policy Update.

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.
