   Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

3. Consent Calendar

   All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

   1. Service Donation Request for the 2009 Sikh Parade Shuttle. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

   2. Yuba County Funding Request. Request for a portion of the cost overrun for the New Freedom grant funded Feather River Boulevard & North Beale Road ADA accessibility project. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize a project contribution of $25,000 from deferred balance of State Transit Assistance (STA) funds as requested.

   3. Surveillance Camera System Purchase Authorization. Review and consideration of a proposed surveillance camera system and associated equipment for the local fixed route buses. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the purchase of a surveillance camera system as proposed.

   4. Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) AB 2766 Grant Projects for FY 2009-2010. Board discussion and direction regarding proposed applications for air quality grant funding. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the submittal of FRAQMD grant applications as proposed.

   5. Yuba-Sutter Transit Drug and Alcohol Policy Revisions. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the revised drug and alcohol policy as proposed.
