SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3, an opportunity for public testimony regarding each item listed on the agenda for this special meeting shall be provided prior to the taking of any action. NO OTHER BUSINESS SHALL BE TRANSACTED AT THIS SPECIAL MEETING.

  1. Call to Order and Roll Call

    (Vice-Chairman), Gill, Griego, Harris (Chairman), Kitchen, Miller, Vasquez and Whiteaker

  2. Public Hearings
    1. Sacramento Commuter & Midday Express Service Changes. Receive public comment and consider action on proposed stop and schedule changes including the elimination of the East Nicolaus stop and possible adjustments to the afternoon Highway 99 schedules. (Attachment)
      1. Staff Presentation
      2. Open & Close Public Hearing
      3. Board Discussion and Possible Action

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the service changes as proposed or amended effective January 4, 2010.
