4. Consent Calendar

   All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

5. Reports
   1. FY 2010-2011 Budget Preview. Review and discussion of potential major budget issues in preparation for the March submittal of the preliminary draft budget for FY 2011. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

   2. Disposal of Surplus Building. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 1-10 declaring the metal building at 1914 and 1940 B Street in Marysville to be surplus and authorize its disposal under the proposed or amended terms and conditions.

   3. Public Transportation Modernization, Improvement, and Service Enhancement Account (PTMISEA) Project Applications for FY 2010. Review and consideration of two applications for vehicle replacement and minor fleet expansion projects consistent with the adopted ten year PTMISEA funding plan. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the FY 2010 PTMISEA funding applications as proposed or amended.

   4. Annual Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) Unmet Transit Needs Hearing. The hearing has been set for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in the Yuba County Government Center at 915 8th Street in Marysville.

      RECOMMENDATION: Information only.
