      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Sacramento Commuter and Midday Express fare increase as proposed or amended effective July 1, 2010.

      RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Sacramento service changes as proposed or amended effective July 1, 2010.

3. Public Business from the Floor

   Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

4. Consent Calendar

   All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

5. Reports
   1. Draft Yuba-Sutter Transit Operating and Capital Budget for FY 2010-2011. Presentation of the draft budget for review and approval consideration. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 3-10 approving the FY 2011 budget as proposed or amended.

   2. Apportionment of Member Jurisdiction Local Transportation Fund (LTF) Contributions for FY 2010-2011. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 4-10 establishing the FY 2010-2011 LTF contributions for each member jurisdiction as proposed or amended.

   3. Set a Public Hearing on Yuba-Sutter Transit's FY 2011 Federal Funding Applications.

      RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing for 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2010 to receive comments on Yuba-Sutter Transit's FY 2011 federal funding applications.
