MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA

  1. Call to Order & Roll Call

    Cleveland (Chairman), Gill (Vice-Chairman), Griego, Harris, Kitchen, Miller, Vasquez and Whiteaker

  2. Public Business from the Floor

    Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

  3. Consent Calendar

    All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

    1. Minutes from the Special Meeting of May 20, 2010. (Attachment)
    2. Disbursement List for May 2010. (Attachment)
    3. Monthly Performance Report for May 2010. (Attachment)
  4. Reports
    1. Preliminary Design & Code Assessment Report for the Facility Remodel & Expansion Project. Receive report and consider direction regarding the next steps in the facility project. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

    2. Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) Program of Projects. Review and approval consideration of the proposed FY 2011 through FY 2015 program for inclusion in the regional Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Plan (MTIP). (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Amend the Capital Improvement Plan and Adopt the FY 2011 - FY 2015 Program of Projects as proposed or amended.

    3. Transportation Development Act (TDA) Claim for FY 2010-2011. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 5-10 authorizing the submittal of Yuba-Sutter Transit's FY 2011 TDA Claim as proposed or amended.
