MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA

  1. Call to Order & Roll Call

  2. Public Business from the Floor

    Members of the public may address the Authority on items of interest that are within the Authority's jurisdiction and are not on the agenda for this meeting. Public comment regarding agenda items will be permitted as each agenda item is considered by the Board.

  3. Consent Calendar

    All matters listed under Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and can be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Board votes on the motion unless members of the Board, staff or public request specific items to be discussed or removed from the Consent Calendar for specific action.

  4. Reports
    1. Caltrans Lease Agreement. Review and consideration of a no-fee agreement for a vacant state owned property at 1315 Yuba Street in Marysville for temporary bus parking during the facility expansion project. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the execution of the property lease agreement as proposed or amended.

    2. Tenth Street Bridge Detour Plan. Review of contingency operations plan should the 10th Street Bridget be closed to traffic due to on-going emergency repair activities. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff as desired.

    3. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2012, 2013 and 2014. (Attachment)

      RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 6-11 establishing a DBE contracting goal of one percent for FFY 2012 through FFY 2014 and authorizing the publication of the goal for review and comment.

    4. Project Updates.
      1. Facility Remodel & Expansion Project / Surplus Building Removal
      2. Regional Smart Card (Connect Card) Project
      3. Alturas & Shasta Terminal Evaluation
