     Monthly passes and discount ticket books are available from a number of sales outlets throughout Marysville/Yuba City area. They can also be purchased by mail or at the Yuba-Sutter Transit office at 2100 B Street in Marysville. For orders, please use the Word document bulk order form.      If you need help planning your trip, call Yuba-Sutter Transit at (530) 742-BUSS (TTY 634-6889) and we will be happy to assist you. Please have a pencil and paper ready and let the representative know where you are, where you wish to go, and what time you need to be there. Telephone information is available weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Photo Identification (I.D.) Cards    Go to Top

     All passengers requesting a discount fare by virtue of their age or disability must display valid identification every time they board a bus to determine their discount fare eligibility. A valid Yuba-Sutter Transit photo I.D. card, Medicare card, DMV disabled placard identification computer printout, or a senior/disabled photo I.D. card issued by another transit agency will be accepted as proof of eligibility for any available senior/disabled fares. Medicare card and DMV printout holders are required to produce photo identification upon boarding to confirm that they are the one to whom the card or printout was issued.
     Yuba-Sutter Transit photo I.D. cards can be purchased for $5.00 each by seniors age 62 and over (with written proof of age) and persons with qualifying disabilities (with written proof of disability). Photo I.D. cards are available at the Yuba-Sutter Transit Administrative Office at 2100 B Street in Marysville from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. each weekday. You must bring valid proof of eligibility with you to purchase a card.
     A Medicare I.D. card is valid proof of eligibility to purchase a photo I.D. subject to Yuba-Sutter Transit's criteria. Attendants or persons with disabilities may ride free only if the photo I.D. of the person being attended has an attendant stamp. Have the following Senior/Disabled Certification Application filled out and bring it in person to the Yuba-Sutter Transit Administrative Office.

     All Yuba-Sutter Transit buses are equipped with bike racks, so you can ride your bike to the bus stop and then take it with you. For More Information.

Holidays    Go to Top

     Yuba-Sutter Transit does not operate any service on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In addition, Sacramento services do not operate on Veteran's Day or the day after Thanksgiving.

When the holiday falls on a weekend, the preceding Friday or following Monday may also be observed. Prior to any holiday, notices will be posted on all buses informing passengers of the system's status. Call our Administrative Office at (530) 634-6880 for more information.
