East Nicolaus Parking Restrictions for Sacramento Commuters

Yuba-Sutter Transit's Sacramento Commuter and Midday passengers who catch the bus in East Nicolaus at Highway 70 and Nicolaus Road should note that long-term parking in the old Perozzi's Drive-In parking lot is no longer allowed. The Perozzi's building is expected to reopen for business on Wednesday, April 2nd and the owners are asking that commuters not park anywhere on their property.

Beginning Wednesday, April 2nd, anyone using this property for long-term parking without the express permission of the owner will risk being towed. This includes the entire area from Nicolaus Road to the south property fence and from Highway 70 to the west property fence near the warehouse.

The appropriate alternative parking area is on the shoulder of Palm Avenue both north and south of Nicolaus Road. Palm Avenue runs north and south and one block west of Highway 70.

Yuba-Sutter Transit northbound commuter buses will drop passengers only on Palm Avenue just south of Nicolaus Road before returning to northbound Highway 70. Southbound buses will continue to pick up passengers on Highway 70 just south of the four way stop sign.
