McGowan Park & Ride Lot Construction Update

The new McGowan Park & Ride Lot between Highway 70 and Powerline Road in Olivehurst is nearing completion and should be open by mid-November for carpool and vanpool use. Yuba-Sutter Transit service from the new facility is now scheduled to begin on Monday, November 24th.

The new lot will replace the existing North Beale Road Transit Center stop in Linda for all Sacramento Commuter and Midday Express schedules that now make use of the North Beale Road stop. Minor time changes are also being made to reflect the change in travel times. The final service plan to integrate the new McGowan Park & Ride into Yuba-Sutter Transit's Sacramento service is now on-line at www.yubasuttertransit.com.
