Route 2 to Detour for Clark Avenue Closure

Beginning Friday, January 8, 2010, Clark Avenue from Franklin Road to Julie Drive will be subject to a rolling closure moving south from Franklin Road and continuing for several weeks for a major underground project by the City of Yuba City.
During this project, Yuba-Sutter Transit's Route 2 will be forced to detour from Clark Avenue onto Park Avenue between Franklin Road and Orchard Street/Julie Drive. The Route 2B stop on Clark Avenue south of Franklin Road will abandoned in favor of a temporary stop on Franklin Road east of Clark Avenue. At this time, all other Route 2 stops will be served as scheduled including the stops on Clark Avenue at Julie Drive. Due to this detour, Route 2 buses may be running behind schedule so please plan your trip accordingly.
