Guiding Principles:
Yuba-Sutter Transit shall strive to meet or exceed community expectations by:

Motto: Safety - Service - Smiles

This motto communicates in a simple, memorable and creative manner the core values expressed in the mission statement and each of the guiding principles with the safety of our passengers, the public at large and our employees being the most important. Next is the provision of services equal in scope, cost and quality to the communicated and documented needs of the community. Finally, a customer-oriented approach to service provision should result in the positive interaction of passengers, employees and the greater community.
