New Route. More Places to Travel and Connect!

Yuba-Sutter Transit is excited to share the soft launch of its new Highway 65 (SR 65) Lincoln/Roseville Route, launching Monday, October 12, 2026.

The Lincoln/Roseville Route will make travel between Marysville, Wheatland, and Lincoln easier, connecting riders to more employment opportunities, shopping, medical facilities and regional transit options.

The Lincoln/Roseville Route will provide three round trips per weekday and two round trips on Saturday, connecting passengers with Placer County Transit’s local circulators, local Dial-A-Ride services and the City of Roseville’s new Rapid Link transit service.

At just $3.00 for a basic one-way trip, $1.50 for discount eligible riders and Local Monthly Passes accepted, using transit is the most convenient way to travel to the Lincoln/Roseville area.

Expanded On-Demand Service Coming to Wheatland and Olivehurst

Connecting between Wheatland and Olivehurst is about to get easier! Beginning Monday, October 12th, Yuba-Sutter Transit is expanding its MOD (Mobility On-Demand) service, giving Wheatland and Olivehurst residents a more convenient way to travel.

With this expanded on-demand service, passengers will be able to connect to the local fixed route and/or travel within Wheatland city limits and Olivehurst from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Key destinations include the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, Bishop’s Pumpkin Farm, North Beale Transit Center in Linda and other locations including Costco, Walmart, and more!

The basic one-way fare for MOD is $1.50 and 75¢ for discount eligible riders. Daily fare caps apply and local Monthly Passes will also be accepted.

Starting Monday, October 12th, Wheatland/ Olivehurst residents can book MOD rides using the MOD Ride Yuba-Sutter mobile app, visiting yubasuttertransit.com/mod-ride, or by calling Yuba-Sutter Transit Customer Service at (530) MOD-RIDE (663-7433).

Reminder: Discontinuation of the Wheatland Route

With the launch of the new services above, the existing Wheatland Route will be discontinued. The final day of service will be Friday, October 9, 2026.

Meet Rapid Link! Your New Regional Connector in Lincoln, Roseville and the Light Rail

If you are using our new Lincoln/Roseville Route, passengers can connect to the Rapid Link service at the Lincoln Park & Ride located on Industrial Ave., north of Twelve Bridges Dr. and south of Highway 65.

Rapid Link is an express transit service connecting the City of Lincoln, Westfield Galleria at Roseville, Sutter Roseville Medical Center, Kaiser Roseville Medical Center, and the Watt/I-80 Light Rail Station.

Job Fair and Career Expo Returns on October 13th

Job Fair & Career Expo on October 13, 2026, from 9 AM to 1 PM at Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds, Yuba City, CA. Register via Eventbrite.

The Fall 2026 Job Fair and Career Expo event returns on Thursday, October 13th, at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Attendees will be able to connect and network with employers in the Yuba-Sutter area, including Storer Transit Systems, Yuba-Sutter Transit’s operations and maintenance contractor.
