NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, of the Yuba-Sutter Transit Authority's (Yuba-Sutter Transit) intent to propose a Three Year Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Goal of 0.0%, applicable to contracting opportunities in Yuba-Sutter Transit's federally-assisted programs funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for the federal fiscal years beginning October 1, 2020, and ending September 30, 2023.

Yuba-Sutter Transit's proposed Three Year Overall DBE Goal and its rationale were developed pursuant to the U.S. Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Final Rule (49 CFR Part 26).  A statement regarding this proposed goal and how it was established is available for inspection for thirty (30) days following the date of this Notice, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., PST, Monday through Friday at our principal place of business located at:

Written comments regarding the proposed DBE goal and the manner it was established will be accepted for thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice.  Comments can be forwarded to Yuba-Sutter Transit at the above-stated address or directly to the Federal Transit Administration, Regional Civil Rights Officer at the following address:
