Yuba-Sutter Transit Authority (Authority) is soliciting Request for Qualifications seeking firms for the Design and Construction of the Next Generation Transit Facility (Project) according to the content and format requirements outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The Next Generation Transit Facility will be built on vacant land at 6035 Avondale Avenue, Linda, CA 95901, consisting of a new administrative, operations, and maintenance facility for the Authority. Only California-licensed and registered design professionals may perform the completed design work. The respondent must possess either a valid Class A or Class B contractor’s license, or may be an engineering firm that partners with a General Contractor holding the appropriate license. This project will be subject to California and Federal prevailing wage requirements.
