TRACK YOUR BUS IN REAL-TIME WITH PASSIO GO!

Yuba-Sutter Transit is excited to announce the launch of a new real-time bus tracking feature, designed to enhance rider experience across local, rural, and commuter services. This system utilizes General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) real-time data to deliver vehicle tracking updates for both passengers and Yuba-Sutter Transit staff.

Get Started in 3 Simple Steps

1.     Download the Free Vendor-Provided App- Search “Passio GO” in the Apple App Store or Google Play, or visit https://qrco.de/bbOF84 to download the app. To access the application directly from your browser, visit passiogo.com.

2.     Enable Location Services and Push Notifications- Allow the app to access your precise location. It should automatically suggest Yuba-Sutter Transit as your local transit agency. If not, simply type Yuba-Sutter Transit in the search bar.

To ensure you don’t miss any important service alerts, enable Push Notifications by selecting Allow when the pop-up box appears asking to allow notifications. This can also be configured in Settings on your mobile device.

3.     Choose Your Routes
Open the Side Menu by selecting the three lines in the top-left corner. From there, you can:

• Select the bus routes you want to view
• Save your favorite routes or stops
• Turn on alerts for those routes

CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF SERVING YUBA-SUTTER

We extend our gratitude to Storer staff, community members, and current and former Yuba-Sutter Transit Board of Directors who joined us for the 50th Anniversary Community Celebration on October 18th. A special thank you to Storer for providing food for the event and to the Playzeum Yuba-Sutter for lending us interactive activities for the kids to enjoy! 

Guests enjoyed an afternoon of groovy music, delicious food, and interactive experiences, including tours of newly wrapped transit vehicles and a festive “Spooky” themed bus.

Yuba-Sutter Transit invites the public to watch a commemorative video to celebrate this special milestone at yubasuttertransit.com/celebrating-50-years.

SENIOR RESOURCE FAIR ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6th

The Annual Senior Resource Fair in Yuba City will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Thursday, November 6th in the Yuba City Senior Center at 777 Ainsley Avenue in Yuba City. This free event always features a host of helpful vendors representing housing, nutrition, legal services, financial services, health care and transportation for seniors along with flu shots, document shredding and much more. We will see you there!

NOVEMBER HOLIDAY SERVICE & OFFICE SCHEDULE

November is a busy holiday month, so please take note of the following service and office schedule:

• Sacramento routes will not be operated on Tuesday, November 11th in observance of Veteran’s Day.
• Yuba-Sutter Transit will be closed, and no services will be operated on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th.
• Sacramento routes will not be operated on the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 28th, but all other services will operate as scheduled.
• The Yuba-Sutter Transit Administrative Office will be closed on November 11th, 27th and 28th.

Storer Transit Systems, Yuba-Sutter Transit’s operations and maintenance contractor, is seeking to fill multiple open positions. REPLACE EXPIRING CONNECT CARDS

Discount photo-identification Connect Cards are typically issued for five years. Expiring cards need to be replaced before they expire because expired cards will not work. Discount card holders (youth, seniors, and persons with disabilities) should regularly check the expiration date on their card to see if it is approaching. If so, bring your card to our administrative office during normal business hours where we will confirm your current information and issue you a new card (with a new picture) at no cost.

CONNECT CARD SALES OUTLETS 

Connect Cards can be loaded at any of the sales outlets below or on the Connect Card website. New full fare Connect Cards are available from any sales outlet, but new and replacement discount photo ID Connect Cards are only available during normal weekday business hours at the Yuba-Sutter Transit Administrative Office in Marysville.
