YUBA-SUTTER TRANSIT LAUNCHES 2026 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

SUBMIT SURVEY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN YUBA-SUTTER TRANSIT TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

May 15, 2026, Marysville, CA – Yuba-Sutter Transit invites passengers to participate in the 2026 Customer Satisfaction survey to help identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall experience for Yuba-Sutter Transit passengers.

As Yuba‑Sutter Transit plans for new potential service options, including the expansion of its Mobility On‑Demand (MOD) microtransit service and the introduction of new service options to Lincoln and Roseville, gathering rider input is critical. The survey will help ensure the continued delivery of safe, reliable and comfortable transportation. Understanding how current services are performing and identifying opportunities to enhance the rider experience remains a top priority.

“This survey gives riders the opportunity to share their experiences and satisfaction levels relating to personal safety, service quality, access to passenger information, comfort, and service cleanliness,” said Matthew Mauk, Executive Director at Yuba-Sutter Transit. “There is always room for improvement, and we want our passengers to know their feedback truly matters. They are at the heart of everything we do.”

In appreciation for completing the survey, participants will have a chance to enter a prize drawing for Yuba‑Sutter Transit travel essentials, which include a branded backpack, a rain‑or‑shine umbrella, and a reusable water bottle—perfect for staying prepared and hydrated while on the go.

The selected prize winner will be notified by email or phone. Limit one drawing entry per person. Prize items will be available for pickup at the Yuba-Sutter Transit Administrative Office, located at 2100 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901, during regular business hours.

Passengers who wish to complete the survey in paper format may do so at the Administrative Office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, surveyors will collect feedback at multiple community outreach events and transit transfer locations throughout Yuba City, Marysville, and Linda.
