A Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP) study was conducted in 2015 to assess transit and related transportation issues in Yuba and Sutter Counties and to provide a “road map” for improvements to the public transit program over five years. The study included a review of existing transit operations, public outreach, evaluation of alternatives, and preparation of a comprehensive strategy of short-range service, capital, and institutional improvements with a supporting financial and implementation plan.
